sharing the gospel

I was first drawn to the short small article called “Sharing Via Blogs” for the reason I have never done a blog and also haven’t read a lot of blogs either. After that I read “Waiting on the Road to Damascus” a talk given by Elder Dieter F Uchtdorf. I found this article not only helpful for sharing the gospel but also for answering questions friends and family have asked me about knowing God and feeling stuck. One friend in particular for years has spent hours talking to me about feeling as though there is nothing different in his life when he tries to live the gospel compared to not living the gospel. I can wait to share parts of this article with him. Elder Uchtdorf as encouraged us that with media now days we can share how we was members can share that being a member means living the gospel of Jesus Christ everyday. He continues to say that those who stay at home more such as mothers or those who work out of their homes blogging is an easy way to share your individual ways of living the gospel and the daily blessing you see.

I am not familiar with digital creation at all so this is a new adventure that I am excited to share with those who find my page and read my articles. I have been interested in blogs, and I am very excited to start this project.

The over all message I received from today is that we need to walk the road to Damascus not wait upon it to find a relationship with God. As a way to help us walk the path is to share the gospel for it will keep us looking unto the Lord and help us to always remember him. In our day and age there is nothing from stopping us from sharing the gospel.
